Notouchim
Male orphans whose growth and behavior have been genetically manipulated by Ursula von Menglebort. When touched by other raptans, their pores exude a fatal substance. Dr. von Menglebort manipulated genes so that the fear receptors in the brains of notouchims are turned off. In physical appearance, notouchims are stunted in growth and have curly white hair.
